We’re a community of owners, and, well, it’s amazing what ownership does for the soul. Our culture attracts employees who are socially and environmentally conscious. As much as we love our beer, we love our community, and it’s the inspiration for our sustainability efforts. To care for our community, we purchase 140 blocks of Blue Sky Wind Energy each month, which over a year is the equivalent of reducing carbon emissions by 168 tons. We’re also staunch supporters of over 300 events and charities, focusing on those in our local area.
