Pork belly over kimchi topped with a poached egg.
George’s Big Salad- Paired with Double Bock
Locally sourced Rossi Farms kale and chard tossed with tahini dressing, currants, shredded beet and candied pecans.
Cosmo Kramer’s Turducken-Paired with Wassail
Turkey, duck, and cornish game hen roulade stuffed with local roasted chestnuts and caramelized onion dressing. Topped with a cranberry and ginger coulis and served over roasted sweet potatoes and sauteed mixed wild mushrooms.
Jerry’s The Better Babka-Paired with Mathias's Main Ingredient Oatmeal Stout on Nitro
Warm chocolate Babka served with cinnamon Oatmeal Stout ice cream and Oatmeal Stout foam.
Our Brewmaster Dinners are held the second Thursday of each month (except for December which is the third Thursday) from October to April at our Brew Pub in Hood River. Chef Mathias Engblom and Brewmaster Jamie Emmerson team up to create four delicious courses each paired with an award-winning Full Sail brew. All for just $40. Service starts at 5PM.
