Valentine's Brewmaster Dinner Menu

 

FIRST COURSE
Watermelon Gazpacho with Oregon Coast Dungeness Crab with Blood Orange and Avocado, paired with LTD Pale Bock

 

SECOND COURSE
Flat Bread Pizza with Roasted Asparagus, Rogue Creamery Smokey Blue Cheese, Stout Fig Compote and Wessels' Local Honey Drizzle, paired with Vendell's Veizen

 

THIRD COURSE
Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin, Fried Willapa Bay Oysters, Pomegranate Walnut Butter, and Creamy Mashed Potatoes, paired with Nut Brown and IPA
