Our March Brewmaster Dinner will feature a four course "Fiesta Mexicana" menu and each course will be paired with one of our award winning brews.
The cost of the dinner (including beer) is $30 per person. Service will begin at 5:00PM until we run out! (Quantities are limited, and our regular menu will also be available.) For more information about the dinners call the Full Sail Tasting Room and Pub at 541-386-2247.

First Course
Pazole Rojo
A tasty soup made featuring pork, hominy and chilies
topped with fried tortillas, shaved green cabbage and a lime wedge
paired with Phil's Existential Alt
Second Course
Tostada Trio
Pulled poasted Pork, braised short rib and shrimp ceviche tostadas
garnished with guacamole, pickeled red onion, cilantro sour cream,
cotija and chiffonade of romaine
paired with Pale Ale
Third Course
Char Grilled Pork Chop
Served on top of a Black Bean cake and Topped with Pipian sauce,
fried serrano chilies and grilled scallions.

Fourth Course
Caramelized Sugar Flan with Mexican Hot Chocolate and Churros
paired with Dan's Satin Stout
Our Brewmaster Dinners are held the second Thursday of the month during the fall, winter and spring. Our next dinner will be held Thursday, April 12th and will feature seasonal dishes paired with our award winning brews. We will be posting the April menu soon.
