Join us April 11th for the last Brewmaster Dinner of the season! To tide you over until October, we're bringing out seven splendidly satisfying courses, each paired winningly with our award-winning brews. Join us! All seven courses and seven (4oz) beers are just $45.

First Course: the Hors D'Oeuvre Course
Char-Grilled Artichoke with Meyer Lemon Yogurt Dipping Sauce and Citrus Rosemary Marinade paired with LTD PALE BOCK
 

Second Course: the Soup Course
Curried Cauliflower Soup with a Pan-Seared Diver Scallop, Chili Oil, and Toasted Pepitas paired with AMBER
 

Third Course: the Fish Course
Cioppino with Salmon, Penn Cover Mussels, Manila Clams, Prawns, Oregon Dungeness Crab, Pernod & Session Tomato Stock, Rouilli, and a Grilled Crostini paired with SESSION
 

Fourth Course: the Intermezzo Course
Mascarpone Sorbet with Amber-Poached Honeycrisp Apple (from Siragusa Farms), Quince Chutney, and Italian Pan-Fried Almonds paired with MATHIAS'S MAIN INGREDIENT OATMEAL STOUT 

 

Fifth Course: the Main Course
Herb Marinated and Pan-Seared Lamb Chop with Grapefruit Gremoulata, Fried Pancetta, and Oven-Roasted Parsnip & Pear Puree paired with SESSION BLACK
 

Sixth Course: the Palate Cleansing Course
Shaved Fennel Salad with Navel Orange, Toasted Hazelnuts, and Herbed Chevre paired with 2012 OLD BOARDHEAD BARLEYWINE
 

Seventh Course: the Dessert Course
Bourbon Stout Chocolate Eclair with Bourbon Stout Ganache, Vanilla Bean Pastry Cream, a Mocha Truffle, and Raspberry Coulis paired with 2013 BOURBON BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT.
