Lucky you! This month we're highlighting the hearty cuisine of Ireland with a St. Patrick's Brewmaster Dinner. Four courses with four award-winning brews for one outstanding feast. Join us!



FIRST COURSE
Ploughman's Plate
A selection of Grass-fed Kerrygold Cheeses with Venison Salami, Rhubarb Chutney, Housemade Session Black Stone Ground Mustard, and assorted Soda Breads.
Paired with Nut Brown Ale

SECOND COURSE
The Pub Pu Pu Platter
Scotch Quail Egg, Sausage Roll, Cornish Pasty, and Dijon-dressed Arugula
Paired with ESB

THIRD COURSE

Imperial Stout Braised Lamb Shank
Local Mtn. Shadows Imperial Stout Braised Lamb Shank with Mint and Rosemary Demi-Glace over Colcannon Potatoes
Paired with Amber Ale

FOURTH COURSE
Bailey's Cheesecake
Bailey's Irish Cream Cheesecake with Salted Coffee Caramel and Grass-fed Kerrygold and Hazelnut Shortbread Cookie
Paired with Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

Our Brewmaster Dinners are held the second Thursday of each month from October to April at our Brew Pub in Hood River. Chef Mathias Engblom and Brewmaster Jamie Emmerson team up to create four delicious courses each paired with an award-winning Full Sail brew. All for just $40. Service starts at 5PM.
