Our November Brewmaster Dinner "Tailgating with a Twist" celebrates this time honored American tradition. The menu features four tailgate inspired courses paired with four Full Sail brews.
Pork “Wing” Shanklettes - Paired with Amber
Stout soaked pork shanklettes, Adobo, Cucumber puree, Shaved red cabbage
Sweet Potato “Tot-chos” - Paired with Session Fest
Sweet potato latkes, Aged Gouda, Caramelized scallions, Session black crème friache, Avocado mousse, Endive and arugula salad
Chicken Fried Hanger Steak - Paired with Big Daddy J's Imperial Lager
Hanger steak marinated in Wreck the Halls, Molasses tempura, Stone fruit chutney, Chinese long beans, Baby kale chips.
Un-split “Banana Split” - Paired with Bourbon Barrel Aged "25" Pale Doppelbock
Pecan fried banana won ton rolls, Vanilla bean crème anglaise, Strawberry sorbet, Black bock chocolate sauce.
Our Brewmaster Dinners are held the second Thursday of each month (except for December which is the third Thursday) from October to April at our Brew Pub in Hood River. Chef Mathias Engblom and Brewmaster Jamie Emmerson team up to create four delicious courses each paired with an award-winning Full Sail brew. All for just $40. Service starts at 5PM.
