Germany meets Hood River in our first Brewmaster Dinner of the season featuring a menu of Bavarian cuisine paired with four Full Sail brews.
Oven Baked Pretzel - Paired with Amber
Sesame, fennel and chili seasoned pretzel with three dipping sauces - Beaver Hot Dijon, Roasted Pear Relish, Garlic & Rosemary Aioli.
Duck Schnitzel - Paired with "26"
Orange scented duck breast, blood orange gastrique, apple & fennel slaw.
Hax'n - Paired with Oktoberfest
Slow roasted pork shank w/ crisp skin, housemade purple sauerkraut, pan fried potato spatzle, and horseradish crème friache.
Black Forest Cake Paired with Black Bock LTD 06
Sweetened local cherries, chocolate mousse, Bourbon Stout ganache. A rich chocolate finale to this German feast.
Our Brewmaster Dinners are held the second Thursday of each month (except for December) from October to April at our Brew Pub in Hood River. Chef Mathias Engblom and Brewmaster Jamie Emmerson team up to create four delicious courses each paired with an award-winning Full Sail brew. All for just $40. Service starts at 5PM.
