In a lot of ways, Full Sail exemplifies Oregon craft brewing: others make flashier/hoppier/souer brett-ier/more extreme beers, but Full Sail beers are eminently balanced and push styles gently from within the consecrated confines of hops, barley, yeast and water...in other words, don't look for a pumpkin beer...
