Full Sail Brew Pub Food Menu

If there is one thing a brewer loves more than great beer - it's great food and great beer!  Our northwest inspired menu complements our award winning brews and features seasonal, local ingredients. 

A special "Future Full Sailors" Kids' Menu is also available in the pub.

Buffalo Hot Wings
Try with Amber. Wings tossed in your choice of house made spicy BBQ sauce or Frank's Hot Sauce. Garnished with celery, carrots and homemade blue cheese dressing for dipping.  Perfect for one! $10 More for some! $14

Artichoke Dip Goes great with India Pale Ale. A blend of pepperjack, cheddar, bleu cheese, and toasted bread crumbs with celery, green onions, and roasted garlic. Topped with panko and served with warm pita bread.  $10    

Hummus Plate We suggest a Session. Our house made hummus, Greek olives, Session marinated artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cucumbers, Feta cheese and pita bread. $8 

Fries Fantastic with Amber. Served with garlic herb butter or house made tartar sauce.  $5

Fresh Baked Foccacia Bread Balanced with Session Fest. Topped with garlic olive oil and served with Session marinara dipping sauce. Focaccia made with Session Lager and topped with parmesan cheese by our friends at Hood River Bagel Company  $5 

Trio of Snacks When in doubt, try 'em with Amber. Your choice of three of the following: Marinated Mushrooms, Salami & Provolone Roll-Ups, Candied Walnuts, Pickled Zucchini, or Mixed Olives.  $8

Mixed Greens Salad
Sensational with Session. With toasted hazelnuts, crumbled blue cheese, Amber-poached Hood River pears, and citrus vinaigrette. $7 

Beet Salad We recommend our Amber. Mixed greens topped with roasted beets, tossed in our house made blue cheese dressing, and topped with chopped green onions and candied walnuts. $7 

Caesar Salad Try it with Amber. Romaine lettuce tossed in our house made caesar dressing with croutons and paremsan cheese. $7 

Side Salad Super with Session. Mixed greens tossed in citrus vinaigrette and topped with carrots & daikon radish. $5 

Beer Cheese Soup Try with Session or Session Black. Full Sail's signature soup made with Session Black Lager and a flavorful combination of sharp cheddar and pepperjack cheese.  Bowl $6  Cup $4

Full Sail Burger A favorite with Amber. A ½ lb. burger from local Mountain Shadow Natural Meats, topped with smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and smoked pepper aioli.  $11   add apple wood smoked bacon $2 substitute with grilled chicken breast.

Classic Cheese Burger Delicious with Amber. A ½ lb. burger from local Mountain Shadow Natural Meats, topped with lettuce, tomato, marinated red onions, and mayo. Served with your choice of cheddar, Swiss or bleu cheese.  $12   add apple wood smoked bacon $2. substitute grilled chicken breast.

Tempeh Veggie Burger Tasty with Amber. Made next door by Turtle Island Foods. Your choice of “Full Sail Style” (topped with smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and smoked pepper aioli) OR “Classic Style” (served with cheddar, swiss or bleu cheese and topped with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo). $10 

Steak Sandwich Superb with Session Black. Slow roasted, thinly sliced Tri-Tip steak with sauteed onions, bell peppers, spicy chipotele mayo and melted Monterey jack cheese on a baguette. Amber Ale au jus served on the side. $12 

Banh Mi Sandwich Brilliant with 26 Cascade Pilsner. Vietnamese meatballs made with local Mountain Shadow natural pork, with pickeled red onions, sriracha mayo, and vine-ripened tomatoe slices on a fresh baquette.  $12

Pork Loin Sandwich Perfectly paired with Session Black. Oven roasted pork loin served with Tillamook cheddar cheese, apricot stout chutney, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on ciabatta bread. $11 

Turkey Sandwich Excellent with Session Lager. All natural turkey breast with swiss cheese, tomato, mixed greens, an avocado lime spread and spicy chipotle mayo on rustic bread. $11

Righteous with Session Black. Slow roasted corned beef brisket topped with bacon and apple Session-cured sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and a zesty Russian dressing on light rye bread. $13 

Grilled Eggplant Sandwich Super with Session. Grilled eggplant with roasted red peppers, artichoke cream cheese, and provolone on fresh ciabatta bread . $11

Muffaletta Sandwich
A heo with Session. Grilled ham, Genoa salami and provolone topped with olive relish, lettuce and tomato on rustic bread. $13  

Salmon Fish and Chips Balances nicely with India Pale Ale. Session Lager battered wild Alaskan salmon with fries and house-pickled zucchini. Lemon caper tartar sauce served on the side. $15 

Smoke House Karubi Ribs Beautiful with Session Black. Slow roasted Pork Ribs with house made BBQ sauce served with potato salad and picked zucchini. Horseradish cream sauce on the side. $15

Roasted Cauliflower Papparadelle Savory with Session. Papparadelle pasta tossed with roasted cauliflower, garbanzo beans, kalamata olives and parsley pesto. Topped with shredded parmesan cheese. $12    Add grilled chicken. $3



Pear & White Chocolate Bread Pudding A delight with Session Black. Served warm with Tillamook Vanilla Ice Cream and caramel sauce.  $5

Imperial Stout Brownie
Rich with Slainte Stout. Served with Tillamook vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and our Bourbon Stout Chocolate ganache. $5

Beer Float 21 and over, only. Three scoops of Tillamook vanilla ice cream served in a pint glass with your choice of our award-winning beers. Ask your server for the latest selection. Under 21? Substitute Crater Lake Root Beer. $5 

Seasonal Fruit Crisp Marvelous with Session Black. Ask your server what seasonal fruit is in today's homemade crisp. Topped with Tillamook vanilla ice cream. $5
