Beet Salad

 

If there is one thing a brewer loves more than great beer - it's great food and great beer!  Our northwest inspired menu complements our award winning brews and features seasonal, local ingredients.

 

A special "Future Full Sailors" Kids' Menu is also available in the pub.

 

SHARED PLATES

 

Buffalo Hot Wings 1lb. of wings tossed in Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. Garnished with celery, carrots and homemade blue cheese dressing for dipping. Order them Hot or Fire Hot! $11

 

Smoked Session Fondue Smoked gouda and Monterey jack cheese melted with Session Lager and served w/ Hood River apples, breadsticks and capicola. $8

 

Artichoke Dip a blend of pepperjack, sharp cheddar and Rogue Creamery bleu cheese, with celery, green onions, and roasted garlic. Topped with panko bread crumbs and served with warm pita bread.  $10  

 

Hummus Plate with our house made hummus, Greek olives, shredded carrots and daikon radishes, marinated artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cucumbers, Feta cheese and pita bread. $8

 

Quesadilla sharp cheddar and pepperjack cheese with pasilla peppers. Served with sour cream and poblano salsa.  $6 add chicken $2

 

Fries with garlic herb butter or house made tartar sauce.  $5

 

Fresh Baked Foccacia Bread topped with basil butter and served with a roasted garlic spread on the side. Made with Session Lager by our friends at Hood River Bagel Company  $5

Mixed Greens Salad with toasted hazelnuts, crumbled Rogue Creamery blue cheese, Hood River pears, balsamic onions and mustard vinaigrette. $7

 

Beet Salad mixed greens topped with roasted, organic Hood River beets, tossed in our house made Rogue Creamery blue cheese dressing, drizzled with a balsamic reduction and topped with chopped green onions and candied almonds. $7

 

Caesar Salad romaine lettuce tossed in our house made caesar dressing with foccacia croutons and paremsan crisp. $7

 

Side Salad mixed greens tossed in roasted shallot vinaigrette and topped with carrots & daikon radish. $5

 

Beer Cheese Soup Full Sail's signature soup made with Imperial Stout and a flavorful combination of sharp cheddar and pepperjack cheese.  Bowl $6  Cup $4

Tempeh Veggie Burger made next door by Turtle Island Foods. Your choice of “Full Sail Style” (topped with smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and a stone ground mustard aioli) OR “Classic Style” (served with cheddar, swiss or bleu cheese and topped with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo). $10

 

Steak Sandwich slow roasted, thinly sliced New York strip steak with sauteed onions, bell peppers, spicy Sriracha mayo and melted Monterey jack cheese. Au jus served on the side. $12

 

Fish Sandwich Session Lager battered wild Alaskan salmon topped with spicy coleslaw, cocktail and tartar sauce. $12

 

Pulled Pork Sandwich Imperial Stout braised pork shoulder and tangy Amber Ale Kansas City barbeque sauce topped with spicy coleslaw. $11

 

Turkey Sandwich All natural turkey breast with swiss cheese, tomato, mixed greens, an avocado lime spread and spicy mayo. $11                    

 

Reuben slow roasted beef brisket topped with Session-cured bacon and apple sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and a zesty Russian dressing. $13

 

Chicken Caprese Sandwich Grilled chicken breast topped with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil pesto and a balsamic drizzle. $11 

 

Gyro or Falafel Gyro your choice of lamb or vegetarian falafel. Served on grilled flatbread stuffed with red onion, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, feta and tzatziki. $11 

 

Salmon Fish and Chips Session Lager battered wild Alaskan salmon with house made coleslaw and lemon caper tartar sauce. $15

 

Chicken Yakisoba Sautéed chicken and Japanese fried noodles with julienned bell peppers, red onions, carrots, broccoli and daikon radish stir-fried with soy sauce, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar. Topped with diced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. $11 substitute organic tofu $0

 

Smoked Salmon Pasta House smoked wild Alaskan salmon over linguine with a lemon cream sauce. Finished with cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese. $12

Imperial Stout Brownie served with Tillamook vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. $5

 

Beer Float three scoops of Tillamook vanilla ice cream served in a pint glass with your choice of our award-winning beers. Ask your server for the latest selection. $5 (21 and over)
