Full Sail Hummus

If there is one thing a brewer loves more than great beer - it's great food and great beer!  Our northwest inspired menu complements our award winning brews and features seasonal, local ingredients. 

A special "Future Full Sailors" Kids' Menu is also available in the pub.

SHARED PLATES

Buffalo Hot Wings
Try with Amber. Wings tossed in house made Frank's Hot Sauce. Garnished with celery, carrots and homemade blue cheese dressing for dipping.  $14

Artichoke Dip Goes great with India Pale Ale. A blend of pepperjack, cheddar, bleu cheese, and toasted bread crumbs with celery, green onions, and roasted garlic. Topped with panko and served with warm pita bread.  $10    

Hummus Plate We suggest a Session. Our house made hummus, Greek olives, marinated artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cucumbers, Feta cheese and pita bread. $10

Fries Fantastic with Amber. Served with garlic herb butter or house made Chipotle Ranch.  $5

Pretzel Bread Sticks Balanced with Session Black. Oven Baked Pretzel bread sticks made with Brewer's Yeast, sprinkled with sea salt and brushed with garlic butter. Served with a small dose of beer cheese.  $5 

Trio of Snacks When in doubt, try 'em with Amber. Your choice of three of the following: Marinated Mushrooms, Ham & Swiss Roll-Ups, Papitas (toasted pumpkin seeds), Pickled Zucchini, or Mixed Olives.  $8

Greek Salad
Sensational with Session. Romaine lettuce tossed in our house vinaigrette and topped with feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, olives, pepperoncini and red onion. $7

Beet Salad We recommend our Amber. Mixed greens topped with roasted beets, tossed in our house made blue cheese dressing, and topped with chopped green onions and toasted hazelnuts. $7 

Caesar Salad Try it with Amber. Romaine lettuce tossed in our Session Caesar dressing with croutons and parmesan cheese. $7 

Side Salad Super with Session. Mixed greens tossed in house vinaigrette and topped with carrots & daikon radish. $5 

Beer Cheese Soup Try with Session or Session Black. Full Sail's signature soup made with Session Black Lager and a flavorful combination of sharp cheddar and pepperjack cheese.  Bowl $6  Cup $4

Burgers and Sandwiches are served with fresh green salad, fries or potato salad 

Full Sail Burger A favorite with Amber. A ½ lb. burger from local Mountain Shadow Natural Meats, topped with smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and smoked pepper aioli.  $12   add apple wood smoked bacon $2 substitute with grilled chicken breast.

Classic Cheese Burger Delicious with Amber. A ½ lb. burger from local Mountain Shadow Natural Meats, topped with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and mayo. Served with your choice of cheddar, Swiss or bleu cheese.  $12   add apple wood smoked bacon $2. substitute grilled chicken breast.

Tempeh Veggie Burger Tasty with Amber. Made next door by Turtle Island Foods. Your choice of “Full Sail Style” (topped with smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and smoked pepper aioli) OR “Classic Style” (served with cheddar, swiss or bleu cheese and topped with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo). $10 

Steak Sandwich Superb with Session Black. Slow roasted, thinly sliced Mt. Shadow Sirloin with sautéed onions, roasted red peppers, spicy chipotle mayo and melted Monterey jack cheese on a baguette. Amber Ale au jus served on the side. $12

Pulled Pork Sandwich Perfectly paired with Session Black. Slow braised pork shoulder in our Amber Ale tossed with spicy Amber BBQ sauce and topped wtih fresh cabbage slaw on ciabatta bread. $11 

Turkey Sandwich Excellent with Session Lager. All natural turkey breast with swiss cheese, tomato, mixed greens, an avocado lime spread and spicy chipotle mayo on rustic bread. $11 add bacon $2.

Reuben
Righteous with Session Black. Slow roasted corned beef topped with bacon and apple Session-cured sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and a zesty Russian dressing on marble rye bread. $13 

Roasted Portobello Mushroom Sandwich Super with Session. Roasted Portobello, pesto cream cheese, braised kale and tomato ciabatta bread . $12

Chicken Fajita Sandwich
A hero with Session. Fajita seasoned grilled chicken breast with Monterery jack cheese, tomato, caramlized onions, grilled red peppers, and cilantro sour cream on ciabatta. $12     Add bacon. $2


LARGE PLATES


Seasonal Pot Pie
Try it with Amber. A hearty pot pie that changes with the season, baked with a house made buttermilk biscuit top. Served with a side salad. $11

Salmon Fish and Chips Balances nicely with India Pale Ale. Session Lager battered wild Alaskan salmon with fries and house-pickled zucchini. Lemon caper tartar sauce served on the side. $15

Mushroom Stroganoff Savory with Session. Sautéed button mushrooms and parsley in a tangy oatmeal stout cream sauce with papparadelle pasta topped with parmesan cheese and toasted bread crumbs. $12    Add Mt. Shadow Sirloin. $3

DESSERT
 

Wheatwine Ale Cheesecake A delight with Session Black. Topped with Imperial Stout salted caramel.  $5

Imperial Stout Brownie
Rich with Slainte Stout. Served with Tillamook vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and our Bourbon Stout Chocolate ganache. $5

Beer Float 21 and over, only. Three scoops of Tillamook vanilla ice cream served in a pint glass with your choice of our award-winning beers. Ask your server for the latest selection. Under 21? Substitute Crater Lake Root Beer. $5
