Full Sail Hummus

Great beer calls for great food. We are proud to source fresh, local, sustainable ingredients. All menu items are handmade in house and most recipes utilize our award-winning beers.

A special "Future Full Sailors" Kids' Menu is also available in the pub. 


Buffalo Hot Wings
Try with Classic IPA. Wings tossed in house made Frank's Hot Sauce. Garnished with celery, carrots and homemade blue cheese dressing for dipping.  $14

Artichoke Dip Goes great with Cascade Pilsner. A blend of pepperjack, cheddar, bleu cheese, and toasted bread crumbs with celery, green onions, and roasted garlic. Topped with panko and served with warm pita bread.  $10    

Hummus Plate We suggest a Session. Our house made hummus, Greek olives, marinated artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cucumbers, Feta cheese and pita bread. $10

Bucket of Fries Fantastic with Amber. Served with garlic herb butter or house made Chipotle Ranch.  $5

Pretzel Bread Sticks Balanced with Session Black. Oven Baked Pretzel bread sticks, sprinkled with sea salt and brushed with garlic butter. Served with a small dose of beer cheese.  $5 

Trio of Snacks When in doubt, try 'em with Amber. Your choice of three of the following: Marinated Mushrooms, Ham & Swiss Roll-Ups, Papitas (toasted pumpkin seeds), Pickled Zucchini, or Mixed Olives.  $8

Meditteranean Salad
Sensational with Session. Romaine lettuce tossed in our house vinaigrette and topped with feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, olives, pepperoncini and red onion. $7

Beet Salad We recommend our Amber. Mixed greens topped with roasted beets, tossed in our house made blue cheese dressing, and topped with chopped green onions and toasted hazelnuts. $7 

Caesar Salad Try it with Session Wheat. Romaine lettuce tossed in our Session Caesar dressing with croutons and parmesan cheese. $7 

Side Salad Super with Session. Mixed greens tossed in house vinaigrette and topped with carrots & daikon radish. $5 

Beer Cheese Soup Try with Session Black. Full Sail's signature soup made with Session Black Lager and a flavorful combination of sharp cheddar and pepperjack cheese.  Bowl $6  Cup $4

Full Sail Burger A favorite with Amber. A ½ lb. burger from local Mountain Shadow Natural Meats, topped with smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and smoked pepper aioli.  $12  Add apple wood smoked bacon $2. Grilled chicken breast substitution available.

Classic Cheese Burger Delicious with Session IPA. A ½ lb. burger from local Mountain Shadow Natural Meats, topped with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and mayo. Served with your choice of cheddar, Swiss or bleu cheese.  $12   Add apple wood smoked bacon $2. Grilled chicken breast substitution available.

Tempeh Veggie Burger Tasty with Session Wheat. Made next door by Turtle Island Foods. Your choice of “Full Sail Style” (topped with smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and smoked pepper aioli) OR “Classic Style” (served with cheddar, swiss or bleu cheese and topped with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo). $10 

Steak Sandwich Superb with Hop Pursuit IPA. Slow roasted, thinly sliced Mt. Shadow steak with sautéed onions, roasted red peppers, spicy chipotle mayo and melted Monterey jack cheese on a baguette. Amber Ale au jus served on the side. $12

Pulled Pork Sandwich Perfectly paired with Cascade Pilsner. Slow braised pork shoulder in our Amber Ale tossed with spicy Amber BBQ sauce and topped wtih fresh cabbage slaw on ciabatta bread. $11

Righteous with Session Black. Slow roasted corned beef topped with apple and bacon Session-cured sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and a zesty Russian dressing on marble rye bread. $13 

Roasted Portobello Mushroom Sandwich Super with Session. Roasted Portobello, pesto cream cheese, dressed fresh baby kale and tomato ciabatta bread . $12

Chicken Fajita Sandwich
A hero with Classic IPA. Fajita seasoned grilled chicken breast with Monterery jack cheese, tomato, caramlized onions, grilled red peppers, and cilantro sour cream on ciabatta. $12     Add applewood smoked bacon. $2

Italian Grinder Balances well with Session IPA. Thin sliced Applewood smoked ham, Capicola & Genoa Salami with provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, red onion, tomato, pepperoncini & red wine oregano vinaigrette on rustic baguette. $12


Vegetable Curry Rice Bowl Try it with Hop Pursuit IPACauliflower, zucchini, sweet potato, red bell pepper, onion, celery, carrot, garbanzo beans, local apples, and craisins in a house made curry sauce served with jasmine rice and garlic-Session Wheat sautéed baby kale topped with cilantro sour cream and green onions. $10. Add chicken $5. Add tofo $3.

Basil Pesto Cavatappi Pasta Try it with Session. Spiraled macaroni in a light creamy basil pesto sauce with fresh cherry tomatoes topped with parmesan cheese. $10. Add chicken $5.

Salmon Fish and Chips Balances nicely with Classic IPA. Session Lager battered wild Alaskan salmon with fries and house-pickled zucchini. Lemon caper tartar sauce served on the side. $15

Mt. Shadow Bratwurst Savory with Amber. Grilled Mt. Shadow Bratwurst over apple and bacon Session-cured sauerkraut topped with braised shallot and Session Black mustard sauce. Served with house-made potato salad. $14


New York Style Cheesecake A delight with Session Black. Topped with local seasonal fruit. Ask your server for the latest selection.  $5

Imperial Stout Brownie
Rich with Slainte Stout. Served with Tillamook vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and our Bourbon Stout Chocolate ganache. $5

Beer Float 21 and over, only. Three scoops of Tillamook vanilla ice cream served in a pint glass with your choice of our award-winning beers. Ask your server for the latest selection. Under 21? Substitute Crater Lake Root Beer. $5
